Online repair bookings are provisional until confirmed by a member of staff. Quoted prices are estimates and may change once a technician has inspected the device. You will be notified of any price changes before work proceeds.
You are responsible for backing up all data on your device before submitting it for repair. Horizon Phone Shop accepts no liability for loss of data during the repair process, even if caused by our negligence.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all repairs carry a 90-day warranty covering the specific fault repaired. This warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or unrelated faults that arise after the repair.
Devices not collected within 90 days of completion (or 90 days of a declined repair quote) may be disposed of or recycled. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before doing so.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a repair shall not exceed the price paid for that repair. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
