Tell us how your repair went. It takes a minute, it helps the next person choosing where to take a broken phone, and it tells us where we fell short.
We are an independent business with three shops across Essex and Suffolk. We do not advertise much. Most people who walk through the door were told about us by somebody else, or found us because of what previous customers wrote.
That cuts both ways, and it should. If a repair took longer than we said, or the price changed, or somebody at the counter was short with you, we would rather read it here than not know. Every review comes to the owner.
If something went wrong and you would like it put right, please call the shop first — most things are fixable the same day, and a repair under our 90-day warranty costs you nothing.
