We buy phones, tablets, laptops and smartwatches from every major brand — Apple, Samsung, Google, OnePlus, Huawei, Xiaomi and more. Newer handsets are worth the most, but we take older models too, and we take devices that no longer work.
A cracked screen, a swollen battery, a phone that will not charge — none of these rule a device out. They change the price, not the answer. If a device is genuinely worth nothing we will say so rather than make you an insulting offer, and we will recycle it responsibly if you would rather not take it home.
The one thing we cannot take is a device still signed in to somebody's Google or Apple account. Activation lock makes the handset unusable to anyone else, so please sign out before you come in. If you are not sure how, bring it anyway and we will walk you through it at the counter.
Selling to an online buyer means posting your device to a stranger, waiting for it to be graded out of sight, and often being offered less than the quoted price once it arrives — with the choice of accepting or paying to have it sent back.
Selling across a counter takes about ten minutes. You see the person testing the device, you hear why the price is what it is, and you can say no and take it home. You are paid before you leave. If you are anywhere near Sudbury, Witham, Woodbridge, it is worth the trip.
It depends on the model, the storage size, the condition of the screen and body, and whether the battery still holds a charge. Fill in the form for a guide price — the final offer is confirmed at the counter once we have seen the device.
The device, its charger if you have it, and photo ID — a driving licence or passport. UK law requires us to record who we bought a device from. Please also sign out of your Google or Apple account first, or we cannot resell the handset.
Yes. A cracked screen or a dead battery lowers the price rather than ruling a device out. Bring it in and we will tell you honestly what it is worth.
The same visit. Once you accept the offer we pay immediately — there is nothing to post and nothing to wait for.
We factory-reset every device we buy before it goes anywhere near a shelf. Even so, back up anything you want to keep and sign out of your accounts before you come in.
