Selling a device
Offered us a device? Enter the email address you used and we will show you where the request has got to and what we have offered.
Submitted — we have your details and the device is in the queue to be looked at. Nothing is needed from you yet.
Reviewed — one of our technicians has read the description and worked out a guide price from the model, storage and condition you gave us.
Offer made — there is a price waiting for you. It is a guide based on what you described; the final figure is confirmed at the counter once we have the device in front of us.
Completed — we have bought the device and paid you. Nothing further to do.
Declined — usually because the model is one we cannot resell, or the device is locked to an account we cannot clear. We will always say why.
Nothing showing? Check you used the same email address, and give it a day — we review requests by hand rather than automatically. If it still does not appear, get in touch and we will find it.
