You do not need to sign in to check an order. Enter the order number from your confirmation email together with the email address you used, and we will show you what was ordered, what it cost and where it has got to.
Both have to match. That is deliberate — it is what stops somebody who guesses an order number from reading a stranger's details.
Check the email address first — orders are often placed with a work address and looked up later with a personal one.
If you have an account, your full order history is on your orders page once you are signed in. If you were tracking a repair rather than an order, use repair tracking and your job number instead.
